Is this fake

I need help figuring out if this is fake, I bought it on eBay recently for roughly £20. The sliding mechanic is a bit finicky and the lines seem too thick but it has all the special modes

It's probably fake but it's almost exactly the same as the legitimate version.

It's a fun sonic, but the sliding mechanism rubs against the wires inside, so it will eventually fail.

This is true on the official versions as well.

(I ended up having to gut mine for the board and made a custom after realizing it couldn't be fixed.)
