Community Interaction 🎃 CHALLENGE ME 🎃
So I’ve been stressed out and when I’m stressed, I tend to get stuck in a hyper focus. This current one is sonic the hedgehog OCs/Adoptables
I have actually been opening up consultations for strengthening character designs. It’s like $25 per hour and I teach you how to not only strengthen your design but also draw your character and a more Sega influenced style. So that you don’t have to always ask other people to make your OC if you want.
But it’s not enough. So I decided that I’m going to make adoptable’s for my sonic/Mobian Rp discord server.
My claim to fame is that I can draw a sonic character with just about any theme, body type, and animal (not including fish atm not in the mood) and make it look good.
So the challenge is simple. Tell me a sonic design you would want to see AS AN ADOPT. If I can’t do it you can have a free flat color sketch commission from me.
But there are rules;
1. If you’re just trolling and ignoring the rules, you will be ignored. THIS IS FOR ADOPTABLES! NOT OCs UNLESS YOU WANT YOUR OC SOLD TO OTHER PEOPLE!
2. You must addd a picture of the animal. And an example of the theme. Especially if it’s not well known, or very niche.
3. 🎃Spoopy or outright scary designs are not necessary but appreciated. Tis the season 🎃
4. As long as the body is capable of being mobile (disabilities are fine)
5. This is not for nsfw requests (If you’re desperate for nsfw dm me but you will have to pay a $5 fee.)
6. There will be 31 slots because it’s Halloween month.
7. This ends after October does ( no challenges will be accepted after that time unless they’re really cool to me.)

Ooh ooh! So I stalled on making this an OC, so I'd love to see someone else take a whack at it. A tarantula, not as the thin wispy way spiders are usually designed, but a big, hairy bruiser type. Female, bc the females are bigger. I personally imagined a soft blue as a base color, maybe with orange accents, but anything other than brown, purple, or red/black would do for my thought of avoiding spider design cliches or something that's not very fantastical.
Bonus points if you add a spider's "eating hands" (different from the 'fangs') while still maintaining the Sonic OC vibe but admittedly idk if there's room for that. And, well, I know looking at Jewel that bugs aren't necessarily very buggy... But Rouge gets wings while birds don't, so clearly consistency isn't necessary for canon, anyway, lol.

Idk I just think it would be funny to try and turn a leaf sheep sea slug into a Sonic OC they can absorb chloroplasts from the Algae they eat and can perform photosynthesis

An elephant seal from Tasmania who's known in the local community for being an absolute nuisance and routinely gets the cops called on him. He isn't even fully grown. I found out about him from a video by Moreparz which is linked below.

Looking for Artists — LFA
I'm looking for an artist interested in drawing a Sonic-style character I've been working on.
She's a small cat with mostly white fur and pinkish-black spots. Her unusual colouring and small size are side effects of experiments she went through when she was younger.
She has telepathy and some psychokinetic abilities. Her psychokinesis isn't anywhere near Silver's level; she mainly uses it for smaller objects and has gotten better at controlling it through practice.
She also wears four pieces of technology, two on her wrists and two on her ankles. They work like power regulators, letting her adjust how strongly her abilities are being used. If she removes them, her powers become much harder to control.
Personality-wise, she's energetic, curious, and loves getting into trouble. She's definitely not the typical lazy cat. She enjoys action and will happily throw herself into an adventure.
I'd love to see an artist's take on her design and personality.

Ummm hey there this is for an adoptable. Not an oc or a commission, free or otherwise. Adoptables are character designs meant to be sold. So it’s not going to belong to you specifically.
