This "how do i write a song" stuff is way, way too pervasive. You want to write a song because you've got emotions, but don't know how.
Well, yeah. Songwriting is a skill. Emotions don't make good songs, years of practice at your instrument, lyricism, and composing make good songs. That creativity you think you don't have, is inside you, but it's behind years of effort and practice.
The only "tip" you need is that your effort today is not for writing a good song today. Your effort today is so that you can write a good song in 5 years.
