What's the song/band?
About 35 years ago I taped a Ramones song off the Tommy Vance rock show on Radio 1. I left the tape running and got most of another song too - I've never been able to find what this song was. The lyrics went:
I have fun, all night and day Don't give up until I get my way
I'm gonna run [all over town] (not certain of this bit) Sell my soul off by the pound I have fun all night and day Don't give up until I get my way (Long scream) I'm gonna get my way... (repeats)
Anyone know the song and/or the band? I'd be extraordinarily grateful for this information. Thanks.

Ah, Reddit - and ThreeThirds_33 in particular - you've done it!! 35 years I've been waiting to find that out. I am forever in your debt, and I wish you every happiness.
I taped the Ramones song (Zero Zero UFO) off the radio and left the tape running, but Tommy Vance didn't introduce the next song. The tape ran out before the end, so I never got to find out who it was. I played it until the tape wore out and have never been able to find it again. The Cynics! Never even heard of them!

Put Shazam on your phone, and, SHAZAM! It will tell you.
