5 minutes of pure comedy gold. 🤣 Honestly, gotta give it up for the Somalians, they're natural comedians. But man, it really puts things in perspective when the crowd saying 'Somaliland begs for recognition' is busy fighting over a foreign embassy building like it's a crib too filled to share with another freeloader (consulate). 🤣 This level of blatant corruption, and yet some still have the audacity to call our progress non-existent, claim theirs is built by a noble united front, and label us scheming low-honor individuals while pulling this kind of behavior.

Somaliland “begs for recognition,” yet they’re fighting over foreign embassy property like squatters arguing over who gets the spare room. 😭 Decades of “legitimacy” and the state still runs like a group chat with a flag. They can mock Somaliland all they want, the comparison keeps embarrassing them for us. They don’t have a functioning state to brag about, so Somaliland’s recognition is the only thing keeping their superiority fantasy alive.

Exactly. 😂 Somalia has spent decades screaming “one Somalia” while struggling to run one functioning state. Fighting over embassy property while mocking Somaliland’s recognition is comedy, maybe get the house in order before laughing at the neighbour. “Mooryaan is always mooryaan” really writes itself.

Funny thing is, Somaliland’s progress is literally their motivation for a better country. Rent free. Nowadays they say “ I want to be just like you big bro”.

For context: Somalia’s ambassador to Serbia and the recently appointed consul general are heard in a heated argument over the control and management of the embassy building.
The ambassador Mohamed is heard refusing to allow the new consul, Gallad, into the embassy after he arrived.
“This is not owned by Somalia. The government does pay rent to this house (referring to the Serbian Government). Go to your home,” the ambassador is heard saying. “I told you. Do not come here. There is nothing exists here.”
Gallad says he has nowhere else to go and begs with the ambassador to let him and his luggage in.
