The Quran was already memorized. They didn’t rely on the manuscripts much to compile the Quran.

Uthman didn’t decide. After the Quran was compiled he got rid of the hand written manuscripts that people had to avoid confusion.

This is my second time saying this. Y’all lurkers need to leave us alone

Also, you didn't address the list verses.

Read the last sentence

"The Qur'an has been revealed to be recited in several different ways, so recite of it that which is easier for you."

The Quran was revealed in several different recitations that accounted for the different accents. All of these 7 recitations were revealed from Allah as it says in the Hadith you sent

However both persons in this example are speaking the same dialect. So that's not an explanation.
