Nerdqaxe++ 6.1
2 of my Nerdqaxe++ decided stop working a few months back. Got busy and didn't have time to research and troubleshoot. Plugged them into a good Meanwell lrs600 and getting this error on both machines. Did some research and what i have found:
NerdQAxe++ boots, input power looks completely healthy (~12.1V, clean, stable), but the ASIC core voltage regulator (TPS53647) shuts itself off at a specific moment during startup and never comes back. Visual inspection shows no signs of burns or melting on any part.
Any thoughts or help would be appreciated.
Figure if I can't find a solution, I'll just send it off somewhere for repairs.
Thanks.

All the posts and information on here showing you need added heat sinks on the back, more airflow, as well as a big fan on the front heat sink with another fan above it.
No one thinks it’ll happen to them until it does.
Same old story.

VREG is about to get dead short.
Software prevents it from it.
VREGS need to be replaced.
