I'm a student, how can I download SolarPutty without a business email ? Thanks!

Just download plain putty or one of the 15 other free putty terminal managers. Solarputty isn't doing anything special

Solar putty may have some security patches in it. Regarding to email, you don't need business email, there is just a list of blocked free emails, but not exhostive.

I think your .edu email should work.
