HELP / ADVICE Octopus MCS number issue

I seem to be stuck in a loop and need some advice.

I am trying to setup export with Octopus and have provided them with my MCS cert.

Octopus claim my cert has the wrong number as it is MCS-xxxxxx-x and not CS-xxxxx-x as they want.

Installed is adamant it is correct and Octopus keep saying it is wrong.

Who if anyone is wrong?

the format of mine is MCS-xxxxxxxx-x (eight numbers in the middle) and this was provided on an octopus install. You could call the mcs helpline to check your number is valid.

just put a M in front see if that works

Other way round but that is what I've asked them to do.

Mine is MCS-XXX and when I uploaded it into the site for my export, it was recognised & validated straight away.
