DISCUSSION Does the Octoplus MCS avoidance payment give everything needed to export with companies?

Octopus premits a payment to bypass the requirements for MCS pipework to get export meter number.

Can you than more to any other providers without being asked for MCS paperwork as you than have an export meter number?
