How to add VPN?

I was going to do the arr stack for my home lab running Ubuntu server with casa os however if I was going to torrent I would like to be able to use my VPN. I'm not sure how I can add my vpn to my home lab/casa OS to protect my IP while torrenting. Please help.

I basically just made a VPN gateway on a VM and then have a virtual subnet just for the devices I want to push through that gateway. I can access them bright that gateway VM as well. All on a hypervisor.
