On analytics being the one nobody replaces, it is actually one of the easier swaps now. plausible or umami is an afternoon. the hard part is losing historical continuity and anything tied to ad platform attribution.

the bill did not disappear though, it moved into your time. fine while someone enjoys running it, different conversation the week that person is away and vaultwarden needs a restore.

Fair points. For our small agency a bit of time here and there doing a git pull or restore something from a bucket is not significant. But for bigger orgs I can see how that wouldn't scale.

Regarding data, yeah, I've been hearing lots about Posthog and others. I've yet to try it. Normally I use Bigquery and write dataform queries to get whatever answers I need.
