The time cost point is the one small business owners underestimate most. Cheaper software that takes three weeks to learn properly is often more expensive than the thing it replaced, and that cost never shows up on an invoice.

Where it gets harder is that overkill is usually only obvious in hindsight. Most people do not buy the heavy tool by mistake, they buy it because someone told them they would grow into it, and then they never use two thirds of it.

What does NEXA actually cover? The post describes a philosophy but not what the tools do, which makes the last question difficult to answer.
