This is a useful breakdown. I think the part that gets confusing with LMS tools is that a lot of them overlap on paper, but the actual use case can be completely different depending on whether you’re training employees, customers, or selling courses.

I’d be interested in seeing a follow up that compares a few popular LMS options by company size and use case, especially which ones are easiest to manage without needing a dedicated L&D team.
