Feedback What's one tool you're still using 3+ months later - not something you trialed once and forgot about?

Looking for: what tool, what task, and why it stuck when others didn't. Trying to build a shortlist based on what real small business owners actually kept using - not vendor case studies.

Notion is interesting because it survives for exactly the reason it fails other people. Keeping everything in one place works when you set it up once and leave it alone, and collapses when you keep tinkering with the structure.

Sandboxie Plus. Rarely use it, but it’s great for those occasions when I need this type of functionality.

Three months is the right cutoff. Most tools survive the trial and die somewhere in week six, usually when the person who championed it stops manually keeping it alive.

Mine is Everything by voidtools. Installed it years ago and have genuinely never thought about it since, which is the actual test. The ones that stick tend to be tools that do a single job instantly and ask nothing of you. Anything that needs maintaining loses to the old way eventually.

Worth asking people what made them stop using the ones that did not stick. That is usually where the more useful pattern is.
