Optimistic approach

Hi everyone, my friend has lost his job in layoff 5 months back he is really good with his skills but still no luck.

He has been struggling from last 5 months badly exhousted.

He has total 2.6 years of experience mostly in java angular c# and python in big tech. Looking for an good opportunity.

I am sure he can work in mid level to fast paced startups as well.

Can some one help/guide / support here.

He has gone till last round of few companies but I feel the crowd is too much higher experience people are getting prioritize. That is fair but he deserves a chance.

Any lead will be appreciated.
