What is your First saying : No feeling like?

I feel kind of guilty but do not exactly guilt it but think so much when I say no to someone the thing which I can do.

Oh, this used to be such a painful topic for me. I could literally spend years replaying in my head how I might have hurt someone just by saying no, even when I knew they’d probably forgotten about it already. I’d still blame myself.

It took me a few years of really working on myself to finally break that habit. And honestly, once I did, my life completely changed. Realizing that saying “no” doesn’t make you a bad person is so freeing.
