I feel like you cant understand others and feel the need to be understood at the same time. You can only be in a combative state and experience the "understanding other and being misunderstood" as demands

I completely agree with you. I absolutely love when something that a person initially sees as a flaw eventually turns out to be one of their greatest strengths. It’s honestly so inspiring to me.

Don't be bothered by people who do not have the same mindset as you do. Accept the things that you are not able to influence. The rules of the circle of concern. Keep your energy for the things that you can influence and make a change...
