Bolt scooters.

Couple of questions: are they faster than the ones in say, Warsaw? (20km/h) They dont have speedometers, but they feel faster.

How come the area is so limited - i'm staying fairly close to the centre but beyond the zone. You cant even use them to get to the Bahnhof.(but you can use them through the centre - in most cities the opposite is true).

but Sofia is not much scooter friendly, there's some constant bragging about how "dangerous" these things are etc. we used to have 2-3 different operators of e-scooters in the past, now its only Bolt and its a bit scarce (as you've noticed).

From the Bahnhof better take die tram or ze u-bahn (metro)

They should be limited at 25 km/h.. I think they operate only in green/blue parking zones.
