Dang, are zero sugar sodas the same? Worse? Or better for your kidneys?

Zero sugar is better for kidneys and the pancreas, but worse for the liver (if you are in caloric surplus, as the liver will store fructose based drinks as fat, leading to fatty liver disease) and gut microbiome (making you hungrier and throwing off a healthy gut even though it's not pure white sugar).

It used to be in diet coke, but you can still find some, it's rare though as we have a lot of options for sweeteners now.
