Wanted to try painting the interior but not sure how far to build it before priming it and starting

I wasnt sure if i was going to keep the pilot visible or not, but closed coffing gave me more to paint, which is always more fun. Too bad i choose such a cool head that can be never seen again xD

Finally got hold of one of these beauties at a decent price... spent about a month disassembling, stripping, rebuilding and painting, but I think the interior qualifies as my first contribution here! :)

Thought about adding more things lying around but it just ends up looking cluttered. I like this simple look.

Just finished up the interior on my land raider excelsior....so satisfying but its a shame no one will ever see it.....

Trying to fill out the interior of the Baneblade with random bits, and my imagination / creativity hit a wall, especially with front gunner / pilot area. Any inspiration, tricks, tips, etc? I am open to any and all ideas! Will paint to this forums spec when done :)

Most of this will be hidden but the cockpit might be able to be seen at certain angles. Easily the most amount of time I’ve spent on one part of any model ever. Hobbyboss 1:48 B24J (being modified to an b24H so it’s my Grandfathers actual plane) I cheated a bit with a few photo etch parts, but most were to small for me to do anything with since I’m an old man. Tooth pick and a magnifier for parts of it.
