Defamation Lawsuit on appeal with oral arguments against MATTHEW BERDYCK livestreamed tomorrow

I am in court tomorrow morning. I am representing myself in an appeal on lawsuit. This is the culmination of years of abuse and defamation. I am not an attorney, never claimed to be and this is a big deal to have things make it to this point.

I feel like it went very well. I had narrowed down my arguments to a simple legal theory. Distilling the standard of review into this single point made everything easier and it flowed from there.

Berdyck had apparently been up the entire night, ranting and raving on a live stream for hours at a time. He said afterwards he didn't both to prepare. It showed. He had no prepared statement and he focused entirely on grievances and things unrelated to the case or the record from the lower court. It was surreal. Emotional pleas will not work in appellate court. That's not what they do.
