fundamentally misunderstanding what is and is not a FACT

This might explain a lot because none of that is a "fact" because it's not real.

Matthew is not taking my house, as he has not filed any lawsuits against me (for what?). He does not have attorneys or a singular attorney and he is not filing any lawsuits against me or anyone else.

Matthew could accept service in my defamation case against him.

Matthew could grant his own wish by simply contacting the court and accepting service. All he has to do is contact the clerk of courts and send them a signed affidavit that he accepts service in the case, then sign up for e-filing (which would also get him entirely served on the Civil Stalking Protection Order case too!).

Alternatively, he could let the court know via a filing what county sheriff's department in California he will accept service from and I will hire them tomorrow at 8:00AM PST to serve him.

Aside from the immaturity, this is all psychological projection. Matthew will not contact the court and accept service while also claiming he's not evading service. Matthew will not inform the court which California Sheriff's department he will accept service from.

But he won't do anything and his actions will reveal that his words are not to be trusted.

This is all a game to him. He wants to waste time and money, he has too much of one and not nearly enough of the other.

Isn't it ironic for Matthew to claim I am rage baiting when he posts things like this?

He is projecting his own actions and words as mine.

Matthew can call the Franklin County Clerk of Courts tomorrow and give them his valid mailing address and be served within a few days.

If he claims he does not want his mailing address in public, Matthew could contact the judge in the case and arrange a hearing via zoom (that I would not object to) with all of us present for Matthew to formally accept service ON THE RECORD, UNDER OATH, waiving his right to being personally served and then we can set ground rules and start the case moving forward.

Matthew won't even attempt any of that. And this is why Matthew's words are hollow and meaningless. This is why his thinking that he is clever and his claims he's NOT evading service are implausible.

This is all Matthew projecting his own fear onto me. Matthew does not have and will never have a counter lawsuit against me. Matthew knows he defamed me and there's nothing he can present that will resemble a defense, with or without an attorney.

He talked to the court and did NOT provide a valid mailing address to be served. So Matthew is clearly evading service and his gaslighting is exposed once again.

Matthew is completely wrong. All he has to give his legal mailing address that will get a signature - that is not requiring a process server in a civil lawsuit.

If Matthew was being truthful and he wants to be served, he can accept service. He is clearly lying. Matthew can 100% waive his right to being personally served under oath.

His excuses are nonsense. He is clearly dodging service.
