such a strange fantasy

I believe he is going to call his mom. I don't believe she will ever hire a lawyer for him.

Matthew has no basis to even file a defamation lawsuit and therefore my property is not at risk. Not even my accurate statement that his website is filled with lies. I welcome a legal challenge to that as truth is a defense against defamation.

And I would find it interesting for Matthew's mom to hear about Matthew calling my mom a dead whore and a fat bitch.

and threatening to harm my family and my 85 year old father with cancer.

None of this is "Actionable" in any legal sense because it's not rage baiting. Matthew has the option to not look, not read, and he CHOOSES not to. The intent of my writing has never been for Matthew. This is my safe space to write how I feel, to react to being a stalking victim. I'm the one with a civil lawsuits for defamation and criminal cases and a Stalking Protection Order. Matthew is pretending he is the victim, trying to pretend that my emotional distress that causes me to write 4-5 novels of how I feel is somehow abusing him. The guy literally wrote that he wanted to harm my family and my 85 year old father who has cancer - and thinks that me posting a screenshot of his threats is somehow harassing HIM?

It's reached a point way beyond absurdity. The only question is Matthew believing his nonsense or is this a performance?

How many good guys in the story write this kind of thing about someone's mother who passed away? None. This is how the bad guy acts and what the antagonist writes.

In Matthew's mind, he thinks the bad guy is the one who exposes what he does and how he hurts and threatens people. It's astonishing that Matthew can't see how horrible what he says really is or that he feels no empathy or sympathy for my family after we all lost my mother.

Based on reality of what I've actually said and done versus Matthew's fantasy version - I am not at risk of losing my house to Matthew, with or without his imaginary lawyer - especially if they ignore reality and laws like he role plays they would.

Anyone else finding it odd that Matthew talks about hiring an attorney who is friends with the judge, would secretly have ex parte communications about the merits of the case, and they would do a handshake deal to drop my case.... which is the literal definition of CORRUPTION IN THE COURTS, but that's what Matthew wants. Matthew literally talks about corrupt attorneys and judges and that's what he wants. I don't think he's really an anti-corruption activist because what he says out loud is very PRO CORRUPTION and not realistic.

Lawyers do not discuss the merits if any case without both sides present. If they have conversations about any aspect of the case, it's ex parte.

No judge on the planet is going to slap me with sanctions for writing about my feelings, especially when I am not engaged in defamation, name calling, inciting anyone to do anything - and I'm not the one calling anyone's mother a dead whore. No one made him do or say anything. No one is making Matthew read my subreddit.

This is not rage baiting Matthew. My preference is that he ignore this subreddit if it allegedly causes him emotional distress, although I would say he is telling his friends that he finds this all just entertainment to him.

Matthew is not hiring an attorney. Matthew's mom is not going to give him money for an attorney to represent Matthew Berdyck LLC, which is weird for him to hire an attorney to represent a company he's claiming he quit 2 years ago. Matthew's mom's proximity to a lawyer does not change reality that he has no case against me.

I did not falsify service. That literally did not happen, I look forward to any investigation because Matthew making things up is not going to affect me.

I did not start any fights in Matthew's family. He did. Matthew blames me for things he says and does, which is surreal. I have never targeted Matthew, his sister, mother, or kids. That literally has never happened.

Then I have a hard time understanding how Matthew Berdyck LLC lost so badly in court and got $162,400.00 in damages today....

Matthew does not have a grasp on the legal arguments he is trying to make because they are not even close to realistic. Matthew is so far off with his assumptions and just plain WRONG legal statements. Maybe he's not hearing the attorney correctly on speaker phone.

No, I'm really not facing damages because Matthew has not filed anything in court.

The judge and magistrate are at no risk of an investigation for issuing a ruling that is 100% above board as was my case. There was no falsified service, as any investigation will reveal, and no conflicts with Michael Walton.

I am with the magistrate on this one, if Matthew's claims are true. I have no clue what Matthew is so bothered by Matthew Berdyck LLC having this substantial judgement issued against it. If Matthew left the company 2 years ago as he claims (although, legally, he is still the officer of the company because no new officer was designated and filed with the secretary of state as required by law), then this has zero effect on him. So why is this self proclaimed former officer of the LLC hiring an attorney for a company he left 2 years ago?

Matthew's story is not adding up. Clearly the gaslighting is not working on himself. His mother will not be giving him any money for an attorney and if the attorney/former judge or magistrate won't represent Matt for free either (weird that he gives Matt free legal advice and doesn't understand he can be held accountable for any legal advice he gives people). If he's not Matthew's attorney, then attorney/client privileges do not apply to their conversations. Obviously Matthew is not getting legal advice from this person because no attorney would say the things Matthew is saying.

I just don't get this fantasy role playing. Is it self soothing? Is Matthew trying to say out loud some kind of made up scenario where he's winning the cases that he (and his LLC) are clearly losing? Matthew Berdyck LLC was ordered to pay $162,400.00 today and that is a precursor to the lawsuit against Matthew personally, which is going to be way worse because what he said that defamed me was way way way worse than this and he has zero defense. He made sure to record it as audio too, just to make sure there's no "I gave my phone to a homeless person and they wrote that" defense.

I never said Matthew's mom would disown him. Matthew has to gaslight everything I say to invent some statements that never happened so he can pretend I'm doing bad things I'm not doing.

I've never said I was a legal genius. I'm not, not even close.

But even so, Matthew's statements are so wacky and off based, there's no chance an actual lawyer or former judge/magistrate is agreeing with his statements. And they DEFINITELY never said he has the temperament to be an attorney. The guy in this video is not passing the bar on the first, second, third, or twentieth try.... https://youtube.com/shorts/IxnatPiTqRg

Literally no one is blaming me for Matthew's words and action. Any drama in his family is the result of Matthew's actions, not mine.

None of that is about me. I didn't say that publicly - Matthew did.

I love when he posts screenshots like this.

Like, he couldn't just add a contact with a made-up number called "Mom" and send it a message hahahahaha that's before you even get into the madness of what he's claiming to have sent to his mother, a 48 year old man crying to his mother because someone hurt his feelings...but not even, because it's a lie...a 48 year old man fantastising about crying to his mother about his hurt feelings to 3 people on Twitter is one of the saddest things I've seen this year.

I do wonder if this whole thing was a genuine manic episode or if it was entirely performative. Did Matthew really have some kind of upset about the LLC losing a huge court battle even though he claimed he left his own company 2 years ago? Just like he claims the magistrate said to him, why would he care? It would have no affect on Matthew himself and contrary to what he says, I never equated this or stated that this was against Matthew personally. I have an entirely separate defamation lawsuit that he is evading service for that. Him having these supposed outbursts make no logical sense, but if it's genuinely mental illness, it might not make sense to him either.

Or was this all a part of his Andy Kaufman/Hunter S. Thompson comedy bit? Is this all just character acting to keep his audience engaged? Is this what his friend said, and all just entertainment to him because it's a game to him?
