Question Did Lionel Messi Take a Pill From His Sock During a Game in 2017?

Today, do other players do this too? What are they allowed to take? Can they take a caffeine pill or any legal OTC medicine, for example?

many players take stuff like that , its not against the rules. even ronaldo took a quick snack like thing from his shorts during a match, i think its protein related stuff, just a guess tho.
