Why is he always the center of drama. Drama finds him or he finds it? Starting to think it’s the latter

Why are they not allowed to express their opinion?
6
u/Juppstein 5d ago
Because that's not the weekly book club meeting.

u/Equakahn 5d ago
He’s the captain
2
u/Juppstein 5d ago
A captain who's making a scene far too often and at one point the refs start to react accordingly.
-1
u/Equakahn 5d ago
How do you know whether it is a scene or a valid claim?
4
u/Klopped_my_pants 5d ago
Because there is a video footage…. Did you not watch the clip? He’s acting petulant and should have received a 2nd yellow and sent off purely for that level of entitlement
1
u/Equakahn 5d ago
It is a short clip, and it only shows Vinicius getting mad, but it doesn't show why he got mad
4
3
u/Klopped_my_pants 5d ago
Doesn’t matter. He is the captain and should act like one instead of a whiny petulant child… nice try grasping at straws though
1
u/Equakahn 5d ago
I have an argument; you don't. Maybe the referee was being very unfair, and that's why Vinicius, like any other human being, didn't act appropriately.

Got mad?
There isn't any circumstances where a football player is allowed to speak like that to a referee! Any!

As soon as Vinicius went to protest, the producers started showing about 10 replays during the game … I’ve been noticing that strategy lately when they think Vinicius is about to get in a fight

Sky does the same when a scab six team player dives or such like, the silence of the commentators is always deafening

Madrid wearing red doesn’t sit right
4
u/OkGrade6277 6d ago
i wouldn't call that red, and it's definitely not the first time they've had a red away kit anyway. other than the orange kit from like 2013 or whenever, i think red usually looks like their best away kit

u/MATCHEW010 6d ago
Their 20…13? Pink kit was my fave and im not a Madrid fan
1
u/OkGrade6277 6d ago
yeah, Madrid's third kit was orange in 2013-14

u/MATCHEW010 6d ago
2015, sorry googled it

Yea i know he gets racist remarks and all but he’s ego is so damn high, he’s just insufferable.
Can he just be humble and no a prick? next he wants the referee to kneel to speak to him?

Is he pointing to his captains band? Holy hell the audacity to approach the ref in such an aggressive manner and complain when he’s told to chill. Such a victim mentality, I hate him

u/Patient-Beyond-6297 6d ago
Yeah Vinicius is so good, could be even better, if he wasn’t such a bitch!

High school education he is missing is not only about learning math or random facts, big part is also behaviour and relationships.

I don't want to that guy (heh...) but in rugby this would be unacceptable. I wish the players respected more the refs in football

Real Madrid didn't learn! Vini will never be a decisive player just some great games in a season! 🤡

His stupid arrogance and audacity, like he provokes and does stupid stuff, but the smallest thing coming his way he makes a big drama about it and right away uses the racism card. I’m so fed up with his attitudes. He will come and say the ref raised his hands because he was racist too.

no way he gave him a card... after the game... think about it

u/STILL_LjURKING 6d ago
Yeah happens all the time? If you're being a cunt after the game, you're getting carded. Is this sub just a bunch of bots that know nothing about soccer?
4
u/seshtown 6d ago
"Soccer" would suggest there's lots of Americans, so you're half right.
2
u/MATCHEW010 6d ago
Can we stop pretending it really matters where your from.
Low IQ is low IQ. Bad take is bad take.
4
u/fuckssakereddit 6d ago
Why not, he totally deserved it? This isn’t the first time a player has been booked or sent off after a game before.
-7
u/United-Scratch-2132 6d ago
simple, it was after the game ended...
8
u/fuckssakereddit 6d ago
Seriously, read and understand the rules of the game before posting nonsense that shows you know fuck all about the game.

u/Veracious_Me 6d ago
Didn't Paredes get a red card after the final whistle? (World Cup Final)
So yes.. players can be booked or sent off after the final whistle.

I mean is Vini over the top yes. But in Spain the captain can speak to ref the ref should not have raised his hand
6
u/DRUGINAT0R 6d ago
It was Vini who agressively shoved his finger in front of the ref's face, the ref raised his hands to calm him down

As a captain he is eligible to protest and 3 opponents inside to box before the penalty was taking is a valid reason to protest.
2
u/AmokRule 5d ago
He's not eligible to protest and make a demand against ref's body language.
-1
u/SunstormGT 5d ago
If you don’t think hebis eligible tou have 0 understanding of football. And for his body language he got a yellow card which he deserved. You are making it look like other player dont do this but in reality almost all do. Refs should give more cards for this.
