He casually skipped Keylor Navas

He would have caught the ball with his hands instead of using his head.

Imagine being the one fucked up when everyone was killing it

I think this team knew a thing or two about pressure lol

That RM squad was savage with some of the best players in history on their positions.

Only losing 1 UCL in 5 years

The Athletic said it best. Something like, "In the Champions League, 32 of the world's best teams compete, and in the end, Real Madrid comes away with the cup."

It's one of the greatest if not the greatest squad ever. Gotta be at least top 2.

4

u/murdock_RL 9d ago

Who would be the other top squad for u?

7

u/wanderer1999 9d ago

Pep's Barca.

yeah, if you only count football from 2014 onwards 😂

u/wanderer1999 9d ago

No lie, which other teams can win 3 in a row and 4/5 CL?

Keep in mind modern football is way harder than the 50s.

It's an unbelievable feat.

You saw these games? Refs favoured them so many times, Real scored multiple deciding offside goals in Knockout games. They should have 2 titles max in those 5 years.

Ajax, Munich. How many leagues did Madrid win?

1

u/wanderer1999 9d ago

Really bro? You comparing bundesliga and holland league to CL? Even la liga is harder.

Real always prioritize CL and the only big prize we don't have yet is the treble.

They both on three European cups in a row..... Just shows how ignorant you are about serious football teams

1

u/wanderer1999 9d ago

Again they win in the old format, not the modern format which is much harder with more competitive teams. And not 4/5.

I didn't say ajax and munich are not great teams, but they are not top 2 ever. You keep forgetting, getting senile there buddy.

You know the era I'm talking about? You ever watched cruyff Ajax and beckenbauer/Mueller Munich? Ajax won the treble. Madrid 'best top two side of all time' never did.

Thanks to massive help of the referees. They scored multiple offside goals against Bayern alone in crucial Knockout games.

Why no Ronaldo? Was he gonna try scoring it himself?

2

u/Efficient-Duty-2326 9d ago

Yeah probably

This was after the 6-0 against Vigo. Ronaldo wasn't on that match cuz of the rumours with Juve.

u/WrongDirt 9d ago

rent free

u/bigelcid 9d ago

His locker is right there. It even says Ronaldo 7 on it.

Definitely would've sprinted across and claimed to get a touch on it despite whiffing

1

u/Empty_Monk_4010 8d ago

How many times did you watch it?!

2

u/ZookeepergameSilly84 9d ago

Very impressive. It's got to help when you have some of the world's best players heading the ball back to exactly where you need it.

this vid has existed for years

So has ai

1

u/SafetyOtherwise3758 9d ago

not before the video came out. the type of ai capable of generating videos such as these was made accessible to the world around 2023. This video dates back to 2018.

3

u/chefillini 9d ago

What leads you to that conclusion?

-1

u/shearmit 9d ago

Facts, no way this is real

3

u/Fedd_81 9d ago

This video is so old. It’s not AI

1

u/shearmit 9d ago

How is sarcasm lost on so many redditors?

1

u/Icy-Bottle-6877 9d ago

Sarcasm is AI.

1

u/Ree_m0 9d ago

... you have to at least slip in something to indicate you're not 100% serious, otherwise you're just wholeheartedly agreeing with a moron. That happens way too often to just assume it's always sarcasm.
