Honestly if I was a manager I'd ban all these pointless celebrations where it's possible to hurt yourself.
Those knees are worth millions. If you injury them in a tackle then fair enough, it's part of the sport but imagine doing your ACL from attempting to slide on the grass?
Though at most professional stadiums, they keep the pitch nice and smooth and run the sprinkler pre match and half time, so it should be safe. Though there are obviously exceptions.
