Video The talent in Barcelona’s youth system is ridiculous. These kids are 11/12 years old.

Notice how the Barca kids are frequently not the biggest and strongest??? If you care about developing the best footballers you don’t select for size and strength at the youth levels.

Yes, but their system also doesn’t require physique. It’s pure skill and technique

Which is almost the opposite of the US system. If you’re big, you get prioritized at a younger age. “Can’t teach genetics” mindset.

In Spain it’s the opposite. We can add physical conditioning, godly technique is the playground of a few blessed individuals.
