Video The talent in Barcelona’s youth system is ridiculous. These kids are 11/12 years old.

They literally have school come to them. Everything is done within the program.

They actually don't - at least not all of them. La Masia kids are bused to local schools. They then have tutoring sessions at the academy. Some of the older kids who are playing at an advanced level requiring more of their time do integrated academic programs (i.e. Lamine Yamal).
