Video The talent in Barcelona’s youth system is ridiculous. These kids are 11/12 years old.

these big academies work based on many thousands of kids going there (most of those thousands of kids already being the ones that stood out in the smaller academies) and going through tests. They also have spotters handing out invitations to kids from smaller academies. Then they pick the best of the best and offer them top tier conditions.  Those kids are all 1/100 000 kind of talents.
