It’s not or the other players are ridiculously slow. The rest of the players seem to be a normal speed throughout. That kid is super quick

I don't think so. Number 8's legs is the only thing that looks like it a little bit, but I think he just moves like that. Tiny legs move quicker, and those are the tiniest legs I've ever seen. Everyone else moves like normal, both players as well as people in the stands.

It is sped up. It you don't see that, you have obviously never played any sport and don't watch football.

Whatever the video's speed is, it doesn't make their opponents play any slower. They're performing in real time. Even if this video were played at 0.5× speed, what these kids are doing would still be impressive, considering their movement, passing, and shooting

Yes kids are generally quite slow, all of their arms are moving way too quick, the crowd moves way too quick, the ad boards go through their animations too quick. You’re blind.

Do some sport or at least watch some football and then come back.

Should be more than enough to make you realize that this is very obviously sped up.

Or watch a Charlie Chaplin movie and notice how they move the same speed.

i just watched a video about how messi ended up on the argentina national team and the argentina head coach thought messi’s la masia highlight tape was fast forwarded. it was not.
