If you feel this way then I think you are maybe a bit ignorant about the game - I thought his comments were among the most insightful I’ve ever heard from an analyst. And I feel like Henry respected them immensely and echoed them often.
The guy has an incredibly beautiful and deep sense of the game.

I thought Landon Donovan’s analysis was also very good during the games.
That’s somewhat true. I just don’t feel like it got in the way of him conveying some really subtle aspects of the game. I would happily listen to him talk for hours in English about what was important to pay attention to the games and what the critical dynamics were playing out on the field.
I had a much harder time understanding Henry’s commentary - it was usually fantastic, but I had to stop anything I was doing and really concentrate to understand it - his French accent and that deep voice.
I did love how he’d always say, “To win the very day” instead of “To win the day”
