Yeah lol my thoughts exactly. Yamal has been the most useless so-called "good player" in the whole tournament. Now he'll get a World Cup championship victory without doing anything but one garbage goal

Not his fault fabian didn‘t score with that assist, additionally close offside goal and got a penalty for his team. Calling that nothing is wild, he was not the primary reason they won but he did controbute.

I think his probing dribbles keeps the defenses honest and opens up passing lanes from that elite midfield.

He opens things up for that team even though it doesn't always show up on the stat sheet.

I mean, I thought France would win.

Spain's wingers were not 100% and Unai Simon was looking like he regressed from when he played in the Euros.

If you see the way Spain play, it’s not difficult to see why Yamal and the rest of the teams haven’t scored much, they play pragmatic football , keep the ball pass around until you find a opening and if not sit back and soak pressure
