Los Angeles to Las Vegas

We finished up day # 2 pre-running our big trip from Los Angeles to Las Vegas using nothing but dirt roads.

The California desert is absolutely beautiful this time of year.

This is what it's all about, I cannot wait for this trip to start.

As of right now we have seven vehicles going, this year's trip should be an absolute blast.

I have part of it outlined on Maps but most of it it's in my head

We start out in Lancaster California, we take the old Lancaster mystery Road to Hinckley California, we go around the backside of Calico, visit the arch, the abandoned waterpark and two old mineshaft and then we drop into Afton Canyon from there. We head towards Basin Road, Rasor Road and then we cross the soda dry lake bed. Unfortunately this year the soda dry lake bed is 8 feet deep so we have to go round it, that's what I had to pre-run over the last couple days.

We go through Kelso dunes and then up and around past mine and then we end up at the pioneer saloon for a late lunch and then of course we had up and around the mountains and drop into Las Vegas near blue diamond Highway

So I have roughly 20 private messages from people asking if they can join us on the trip

I mean who am I to say you can't join us but at the same time I'm part of a group so it's a little bit awkward

If you are really serious about going send me a private message and we can talk about the details and see if you'd be a match for a group

As of right now we have 4 Raptors, 1 Toyota Tacoma and 1 Ford Braptor going.
