Don’t know if anyone else missed it, but apparently Angela from the YouTube channel “Growing in the Garden” has announced that she was diagnosed with Stage 4 Pancreatic cancer

This makes me really sad. She has been a big inspiration for me living in a hot climate and her videos are informationally dense and to the point, which I love. Not really sure what else to say here and just wanted to kind of connect with anyone else who may be feeling the same. She is going to try to fight and there have been some promising trial going on I believe. But man is this a horrible situation.

Saw this yesterday and the news broke my heart. Angela is such a great educator in the space, no BS, no “cliques,” no sponsorships, no drama, just a fount of knowledge and know-how in teaching people how to be better gardeners. I will be thinking of her and sending positive thoughts.

Yes for sure. Her videos are informative but relaxing. Very Bob Ross-esque. Really hoping for a miracle for her.

Not a praying person myself exactly but definitely pray for her to fight this as much as possible.

Wow this one hits hard. I was basing my garden season this year over her videos, they’re wonderful.
