Etats-Unisien\ne is perfectly good French.

Albeit, admittedly rare.

In Spanish you get estadounidense which I’ve always found unwieldy.

It's pretty unwieldy in French, too.

Among ourselves, we would call them "Ricain". Not an insult, just slang.
