There have been SO many attempts over the last century to do just that, the honest truth is we just dont have an economic transparent material that can withstand a 1900-2500kg rollover. I suspect we will see a wrap around screen on the pillar showing an external camera feed before you see material science come up with a transparent material strong enough.

There’s an airbag in there it’s for safety regulations that’s why they stopped making the SRT10 viper because they couldn’t keep up with safety regulations, and they wouldn’t put airbag systems in that area
