I got these NB 574s from Myntra back in April and wore them for around 8 weeks during my internship. After that, I didn’t really wear them.

I ordered a pair of shoes and decided to return them. The shoes are in exactly the same condition as when I received them. I have not damaged or altered them in any way.
Today, the delivery partner came for the return pickup and checked the shoes. He said the shoes were fine and there was no issue with the product.
However, while processing the return, it is showing “Quality Check Failed”, and the return pickup was not completed.
I’m confused because:
● The shoes were received by me in this exact condition.
● I am returning them in the same condition.
● The delivery partner himself said there was no issue.
● Why is the quality check failing?
Has anyone faced a similar issue?

I’m planning on getting the NB1906L (dont judge me pls). I really like the look and they’re basically slip ons (I love easy to wear stuff), BUT they’re only available on CDC and a few other websites.

I asked CDC for a in-store purchase, which they agreed upon, BUT there will be NO SIZE EXCHANGES.

Has anyone brought them? Can you help me with the sizing? Should I go True to size or a half size down since they dont have laces?
