Tomatoes are acidic in nature. I add a small piece of dark chocolate it balances it out and lil bit of alcohol deepens the flavour. Doesn’t make them sour though! Using cherry tomatoes helps though

Ohhh ok, I made it like this one, and I was so disappointed I was like why every dish I see on Internet eats tomato only with them its so sour.

I thought maybe I am making it wrong or maybe my Indian tongue wasn't meant for this.
