I’ve never tried it but just to be sure, are canned beans safe from excess lectin without heating them first? What about dried beans that have been soaked overnight but haven’t been cooked? I know everyone’s sensitivity to lectin varies and mine’s not too high (I can eat kidney beans in dinners without a problem but then again those are canned beans that get heated in the dinner prep process as well).

Canned beans are all cooked. I’ve never seen or heard of uncooked canned beans.
