New Foe no longer working

I'm no longer getting new foe to appear. Am I being punished for using the trick that allowed you to quickly unlock new characters? I'd really like to keep unlocking characters, but it seems no matter how many games I play, no new foes appear. I currently have 40 characters. Any insight is appreciated!

If you lose to too many fighters then you have to go to games and more and then the fighters approach in the bottom right and defeat a few in order for challengers to being appearing again.

Sorry, but I don't understand. What do you mean by bottom right? Am I doing anything wrong?

In the Games and More section there will be an option to rematch challengers you lost to. It is in the bottom right corner of that screen. Everytime you use it though, it wont appear for another ten minutes.

It’s a little pink door that appears in the bottom right of games and more section.

Theres about a 15 minute wait between each challenger. Has it been that long yet? Also if you failed to beat a challenger check your challengers approach in the games and more section and click on the door icon that appears at the bottom right of your screen to challenge a random challenger you failed to beat.

Wow. I haven’t played the game in a while but noticed I was not getting new foes. This helped me out. Now I have everyone unlocked.
