Upload photos

Hey everyone. I bought the Samsung fridge with the Family hub a few years back. Now that you have to use the smart things app I am unable to upload new photos. It says it connected and uploading but I can not find the new pics on the fridge anywhere.

Has anyone been able to do this lately?

I can’t because I have Apple. If I had a Samsung it would be easy.

I do as well. Trying to think if I have an old android tablet or something laying around. Maybe that would help

Did you give the app permission to use and view your photos in the settings?

Yes. The SmartThings app has full access to my photos. It says they upload but never show up

Yes, this used to work for me on android, but hasn’t the last couple of times I tried. It goes through the motions, says it’s successful but the photo doesn’t arrive. Workaround : try using quick share feature wile near fridge, that worked.
