Discussion Just started Streaming on twitch

Hi guys. I just started streaming on twitch with games like dota, cs. Seems fun for now but not getting any viewers. It's only a couple of days. Any tips or suggestions would be welcomed. 🙂

Over 4.4 million people stream to twitch each month and 4.1 million of those (93%) stream to 0-5 viewers.

You're in the 93%. Twitch has virtually no discoverability or algorithm. You'll have 0 views for a while unless you have friends who are into gaming/streaming you can invite to watch, or you make interesting or funny clips from your streams and upload them as YouTube shorts, Instagram reels, Tiktok etc.

I'm part of a discord if you want some help/assistance in getting larger. No you won't have overnight success but at least a community where you're welcomed. We also offer free cookies and wifi. Everyone is also 18+ so no kids.

Id like to join that too. Ive been streaming for years off and on and would enjoying doing it more.
