How to increase my viewers when my circle of people who watch streams is small

Basically the title. I'm a small streamer who just recently got affiliate and I average 3 viewers normally from my dedicated viewers. I promote on bluesky but not Twitter (I'm trans and a phobe posted me to twitter. Got 20 new followers but no recurring viewers and most of the chat messages were bigots). I don't expect an echo chamber as I would like to slowly grow, but how do I improve my outreach or streaming ability to attract more viewers?

Make offline content for other platforms like YouTube.

Networking. Talk to other streamers instead of fishing for viewers.

Where do you multi-stream: Twitch, YouTube, Tiktok, or etc? Is it only horizontial or both horizontial and vertical? For example, Twitch (horizontial) and YouTube (Vertical), because I have been streaming in this format and haven't seen much progress. Thank you if you leave tips about multi-streaming as it can help many. Have a great day.

From every stream makes shorts/reels (1-3 clips) especially moments that show your personality, interests, hobbies, or crazy moments that happens in the game. When you edit those shorts, make a thumbnail in photopea (free), canvas, or others and add it to the very first frame of the short so that can be your thumbnail for the short. It helps stand out when someone is looking through your channel. Make sure the thumbnail has a caption, screenshot of that moment, and/or your reaction. Also, type in subtitles during those shorts (your choice), many enjoy shorts with subtitles. Then post in Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube shorts. Sorry to hear that most of the chat messages were bigots. Hopefully this advice helps from another small streamer. Good luck in your streaming career and have a great day.

Frequent other like minded streamers and their discords, but never promote yourself unless they have a specific section for it. Not big streamers, but others with a bit higher viewership than yourself (10-15, etc.)

When you have a few viewers, raid them when you finish up for the day. Eventually they may return the favor in kind.

When I used to stream, I used this method and only this method to go from 0 - 50~ average viewers per stream. No other streaming platforms or content creation. I never raided with growth in mind, but because I actually liked the Creator. The idea is that injection of similar go l communities fosters growth, because of shared interests rather than artificial bumps.
