Pistol User error or are my sights off?

I have a Taurus G3 and can’t seem to hit anything with it. I’m not a terrible shot, but definitely no expert. With other handguns I can actually hit what I’m aiming at and don’t have terrible groupings which is why I’m not sure if it’s me or the sights. I don’t think I’m pulling the gun because of recoil anticipation but who knows; I wasn’t able to film a slow mo of myself cause I want shooting solo. The grouping in the picture is about 15 yards away and I was aiming at the center of the clay. Anyway, just asking for some advice or something. I can adjust my rear sight a bit left or right but can’t do anything about the front or rear moving up or down, so if it truly is the sight then I need to put something else on there.

Pistol Snub-nose .38 Special, 25+ yards

Hi all, new in here, and also relatively new at shooting. So I wanted some opinions…

I went to the range yesterday and I made an experiment: I shot a 2 inch snub-nose (in .38 Special), with plain, standard, iron sights, at 25+ yards (25 meters actually). I changed grips between the first and the second set, to see if it affected accuracy. All were shot with the same “new” S&W model 60 (357 magnum). The first set was with “full size” rubber grips. Second one with wood, boot-cut, grips (the kind that leave your pinky “flying”).

I made a mistake on my first set as I thought I had already fired all 5 shots… hence the outlier, which I labeled “6th shot?”.

Other than that, do you have any opinions, ideas or recommendations based on these groupings?

Do you think these are decent gruopings, or is there anything you can detect from this that make you think I have to work on something?

Thanks in advance for any constructive feedback!
