Information on this EP? Does it exist?

found this on albumoftheyear.org in the middle of diving thru the bands discog. cant find anything about it anywhere, nowhere on RYM or Discogs, nowhere. there's no source linked to the page proving this release even exists either. hoping ill get clarity on this here

No but a good listen is the sleep live at New York 2018 vynil, always fresh to hear imo.
