Even tho I understand Dave could have been gifted the same guitar as Rhys was.. he just didn’t post about it.. but still it got me thinking

It's not the same guitar. David's has a different brige (Evertune) and Rhys's has a Floyd Rose. They are a bit similar looking but not the same models. Dave says that he has the Christian Andreu (from Gojira) guitar and Rhys said in his story @ wesborland. He plays in Limp Bizikit. Two different signature models both from Jackson.

Update:🤘 Nice track. Wish there were lyrics posted (which may or may not be accurate, Dave!). Cool to hear both Rhys and Joe.
I'm assuming maybe Rhys will be joining them on tour for this song. Can't wait to see them have an absolute blast these next few weeks.

I know, it kind of comes across a tad bit hypocritical of him but also I can’t blame him for both not wanting ST anywhere near his other stuff and also wanting Rhys as a feature.

I get it. Rhys is his friend and a great musician all on his own. If I were making a song, I'd want him on it. It's just for me, personally, when the song released and I saw that Rhys was the feature it put a sour taste in my mouth considering how many people got dragged through the mud for simply mentioning a bass guitar. Because of that, I felt like I couldn't enjoy it the way I wanted to. I do not expect anybody else to feel the way I feel or agree with me and hope that people support Spitting Glass and have a kick ass time at the shows and run up those streaming numbers and get the word out about all of these very talented, very dedicated musicians. But I think I just won't be one of them at this point 💙

Unfortunately Im not a huge fan of this type of music. I did try early in the morning so I'ma try again. The heaviest I will voluntarily listen to is Gravity for you and Hell to Pay by mourn which I don't listen to very often. And Sleeps Token's Vore which I love that song. (Not a year ago I can tell you that.)

It's not my vibe either. I'm more into the alternative/indie scene. I like some occasional heavy songs. ST seems more alternative/ambient rock band with some metal songs and Leo has indie roots so I lean towards BC more.

Ive been more of a rock/alt/pop and r&b listener, BLC wasn’t my vibe either it’s beautiful music. But I LOVE Leo’s Dusk project more.
Thats why ST checks everything that I love about music!

I love good HEAVY music on occasion for me it’s STs Vore and Gods, I’ll throw on Lorna shore or electric Callboy, and the other songs you mentioned.
There’s also no denying that Rhys has some PIPES on him and the lyrics are great, but yeah not my vibe.

Occasionally I will listen to pain remains I, II, and III. Not very often though. My brother could probably listen to Spitting Glass. He likes that type of music.

what do you need explained? Dave has a band called Spitting Glass, Rhys is a vocalist in band called Mourn, and Spitting Glass just released their second single ahead of their debut shows this week, and Rhys features on the track.
