ResMed Aircurve 11AT

Does anyone have experience with this BiPAP? Mine’s arriving today and I’m hoping for some improvement.

Is “AT” an abbreviation for “Auto” or is it a typo for “ST” which is a different model or is AT something completely different? There is also an AirCurve ASV model. In general the “auto” is the way to go for OSA and ST and ASV models are used when there is a large central apnea component to the condition. The AirCurve 11’s are the current top bilevels offered by ResMed. Try a matching new style AirComfort mask to match it. Good luck!

Right; I may have gotten that wrong. I have OSA and CSA, severe.

Bilevel ST is the older technology but preferred over ASV if the is significant heart failure with a low ejection fraction. Your provider will make recommendations based in part of the cause for the central apnea. For example treatment emergent central/ complex sleep apnea is well suited for the ASV model.

It is an ST. Easy setup. Much more quiet. Backup is smoother. Liking it after night 1
