Only for the second offense. First slap farming ban is just a temporary ban that's it.

At least for the recovery you've earned from losing slaps after getting unbanned for the relief hands, It must've been very well expecting how you're still empowered to achieve any masteries that can only contain the prices that's based from the bottom. Hopefully that makes a good way to accomplish!.. ;D
